Customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions, timelines, and procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed on our official website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible before the order enters the shipping process. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return procedure.


2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date the order is marked as delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within this period.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team first. Returns are only accepted with prior authorization.

Please contact support and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Photo or video evidence (required only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)

After approval, you will receive a return label and detailed instructions.

Do not send returns to the address on the original shipping label.
Only returns sent with our authorized return label will be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • The cost will be either the actual carrier cost or a flat $15 fee, deducted from the refund.


5. Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the returned item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Be in good condition without excessive wear or damage

  • Include all original components

If components are missing, the following amounts may be deducted:

  • Charging cable — $10

  • Dust bag — $15

  • Packaging — $10

  • Product card — $2

Light usage is acceptable, but the product must be suitable for restocking.


6. Restocking Fees (Late Returns)

If the return is shipped after the recommended early window, restocking fees apply based on the dispatch date of the return label:

  • Days 0–5: No restocking fee

  • Days 6–10: $25 fee

  • Days 11–20: $50 fee

  • Days 21–28: $100 fee

  • After Day 28: No refund issued


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Items missing required components (after listed deductions)

  • Items damaged beyond normal use

  • Final sale or customized items

  • Returns sent without prior approval

  • Returns shipped more than 28 days after the return window expired


8. Bundle Orders (Partial Returns)

If a bundle or multi-item set was purchased, partial returns void the bundle discount.
The refund will be calculated as:

Total paid − full retail price of items kept


9. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Banks and card providers may take an additional 2–3 business days to post the refund.

If more than 10 business days pass after confirmation, contact support.


10. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for the same model when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not offer exchanges for different models, colors, or designs under the return window.


11. Purchases via Authorized Third-Party Platforms

For purchases made through authorized marketplaces (such as Amazon or TikTok Shop):

  • Returns and refunds are governed by that platform’s policies

  • You must contact the platform’s support directly for order issues

  • Website support can answer general product questions only


12. Return Approval & Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy, including items that are incomplete, excessively used, outside the allowed window, or sent to an unauthorized address.

Refused returns may be shipped back to the sender at the customer’s expense.
